I am currently a graduate student at the sociology department at Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana, and I also work at the Office of State Authorization there. My primary research interest is in disability advocacy, policy, and rights. I am also interested in gentrification, state and local economic policy, regional culture and identity, and sexual offense response. Aside from sociology, I once lived a secret double-life as a PHP developer and a folk musician. I love punk rock, indie music, stoner and doom metal, and all types of aesthetic things. The most important and worthwhile part of my life is my daughter and my family.
